SYNTEC CNC application manual4. servo system diagnosis and testing steps :before power-on :connect the wire ,before power-on ,must check controller & screen ,is set to 220Vor not1. check connect wire short or not2. use tree used meter to measure three-phase electricity ,other AC ,DC short or notafter power-on :1. E.STOP keep pushing , push down POWER ON ,controller ,screen ,I/O will up ,servodriver ,frequency converter, oil pressure ect. heavy electicity will not up2. When POWER OFF push down ,system will power-off3. I point check : E.STOP keep pushing ,POWER ON ,from the diagnosis screen ,check I point isnormal or not , the item below :• interface I/O• knob switch• machine INPUT : OT+.OT-,HOME …..4. check E.STOP : E.STOP loose , heavy electric ON ,when push down ,heavy electric OFF5. check other OUTPUT point84
