<strong>Crime</strong> & Criminals Tracking Network and Systems ProjectNagaland Police8. <strong>SI</strong> shall convey to Nagaland Police in advance all the mandatory data fields required for functioning ofthe proposed solution and which are not available in the legacy systems and are required to beobtained by Nagaland Police9. In the event Nagaland Police is unable to obtain all the mandatory fields as conveyed by <strong>SI</strong>, <strong>SI</strong> shallsuggest the most suitable workaround to them. <strong>SI</strong> shall document the suggested workaround andsign-off will be obtained from Nagaland Police for the suggested workaround. <strong>SI</strong> shall implement thesuitable workaround for Nagaland Police at no additional cost to the department.10. <strong>SI</strong> will be responsible for developing data entry programs / applications that will be required for thepurpose of data digitization in order to capture data available with / obtained by Nagaland Police innon – electronic/ manual format.11. <strong>SI</strong> shall support in conducting the acceptance testing and verifying the completeness and accuracy ofthe data migrated from the legacy systems to the proposed solution.12. Nagaland Police may, at its will, verify the test results provided by <strong>SI</strong>.Data DigitizationIn addition to the above, <strong>SI</strong> would also be carrying out the digitization of historical criminal data during PilotPhase which will include the digitization of historical data (covering the last 10 years and 100% data ofconvictions, data relating to property crimes contained in Village <strong>Crime</strong> Note Book Part III, IIIA and V of anddata of Village <strong>Crime</strong> Note Book Part II). The historical data to be digitized would include crime (case/incident)data, criminals’ data, the data from the 7 IIF and data from the police stations records rooms (from policeregisters).S.
