<strong>Crime</strong> & Criminals Tracking Network and Systems ProjectNagaland Policecommunications prior to dissemination,who is responsible for distributing themessage, and who is responsible forensuring that those accountable forspecific elements of the plan followthrough on their responsibilities.• <strong>SI</strong> shall organize the communicationevents or interventions for the targetaudience.• <strong>SI</strong> shall ensure consistency betweenmessages delivered via differentinterventions, since the engagement of akey individual stakeholder or stakeholdergroup is an integrated effort, aiming at thesame objective.Change Management Workshops<strong>SI</strong> shall conduct Change Management workshops build appreciation of change management anddevelop change leadership across the stakeholder groups. <strong>SI</strong> shall design the necessary content(reading material, presentations) in English and Local Language (if different) for the ChangeManagement Workshops. <strong>SI</strong> shall conduct at least three Change Management Workshops(minimum of one-day) in the State Headquarters and at least one Change Management Workshop(minimum of one-day) at all the Districts (at the District Headquarters) covering at least 3officers/constables (SHO, <strong>SI</strong>/A<strong>SI</strong>/HC, and Station Writer) from each police station in the district.The <strong>SI</strong> is required to conduct the Change Management Workshops for all the identified Policepersonnel in a phased manner in line with the overall implementation plan. These workshops shallbe conducted at the locations provided by the State. The workshop content & material shall bedesigned with specific focus on the requirements of the personnel. <strong>SI</strong> shall conduct workshops for eachgroup of personnel in sync with the training plan and as part of the training module. <strong>SI</strong> is required toprovide the necessary material for the workshops including presentations, training material etc in bothsoft and hard copy formats.<strong>SI</strong> shall also associate and train the identified internal change agents (identified from the District andState Mission Teams) during these workshops so that subsequent workshops can be conducted by theinternal change agents.6.3.11 Handholding Support for end usersThe System Integrator will provide one qualified and trained person per police station for a period of sixmonths to handhold the staff in the police station from the Go Live of application at respective Policestation and ensure that the staffs in those police stations are able to use <strong>CCTNS</strong> on their own by the endof the handholding period. Apart from police stations additional support required to provide servicesduring the project life cycle. <strong>SI</strong> must provide the project team as per details and eligibility qualificationsgiven in this <strong>RFP</strong>.Handholding and project support would be required only after the successful commissioning of CoreApplication (CAS) and the necessary infrastructure and completion of capacity building and changemanagement initiatives in respective locations.
