Water SupplyThe Commissioners of Public Works of the Town of Summerville (Summerville CPW) is responsible forproviding water service to most of the Summerville Planning Area. The Commissioners are a separatelyelected public agency and have the full authority for operating and controlling the water system. Othersections of the Summerville Planning Area are served by Dorchester County, the City of North Charleston,and the Berkeley County Water and Sanitation Authority. .
