UtilitiesDue to rapidly changing technologies, it is becoming increasingly important to have the most up‐to‐dateutilities available to the citizens and businesses in a community. The <strong>Town</strong> should work with privateutilities as a tool in achieving economic development goals for locations within the <strong>Summerville</strong> <strong>Planning</strong><strong>Area</strong>.Goal: Protect natural and critical areas within the <strong>Summerville</strong> <strong>Planning</strong> <strong>Area</strong> from developmentpressures.
