This grant iscoordinated by a designated “lead agency” in each state that submits a twoyearplan to the Secretary <strong>of</strong> Health and Human Services (HHS). Agenciesseeking CCDBG funds are encouraged to communicate with the RegionalAdministrators.Page B-9
