Due to the increased workloadsince the acquisition of the Dulles Toll Road and Rail, and the implementation of the ERPsystem, the Financial Accountants will be assigned complex accounts and will be responsiblefor their reconciliations and all other relevant matters.Office of AuditAudit Manager, S-23. The Audit Manager will oversee audits conducted by outside firms andsupervise audit projects assigned to the two audit seniors.Audit Technician, S-16. The Audit Technician will prepare work papers, reports, schedulesand account reconciliations. This position entails all other administrative functions includingassisting with budget preparation and monitoring, working with the Contracts Department toprocess task orders, ordering supplies and equipment, handling property control activitiesand arranging travel for all staff.Office of Business AdministrationAssistant Manager, Procurement, S-23. The Assistant Manager will provide oversight toensure that federal requirements are being applied to all Metrorail procurements. Thisposition will also be responsible for managing all policy initiatives involved in Phase II andinclude managing procurements funded by Loudoun and Fairfax Counties as well asincorporation of any federal requirements that result from TIFIA loans to these counties.DULLES INTERNATIONALHeavy Equipment Mechanic, T-19. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will provide mechanicalsupport at Shop 2 due to chronic maintenance backlogs in heavy equipment repairs andperiodic maintenance requirements.271
