This class introduces doctoral students to theconceptual framework and research results related to three core issues in health services research – thecost of care, access to care, and quality of care. Primary focus is on application to non-experimental research settings.Topics include simple and multivariate regression models, dichotomous dependent variable models,polychotomous choice models, quantile regression, propensity score methods, and instrumental variablesestimators.
