The Master of Land and Property Development (MLPD) program focuses on both physicaland financial aspects of land and real estate development and the creation of real estate asset valuethrough the conceptualization, design, delivery and management of real estate assets.Each individual’s Master of Land and Property Development degree plan is structured to relateproject design and venture structure to site ecology and market economy, and to stress both entrepreneurialinterests of private enterprise and regulatory guidelines of public entities. Each student’s degreeplan includes both business and non-business courses, drawing upon resources of 17 different departmentsat Texas A&M, ranging from accounting, finance and marketing to landscape architecture andconstruction management.
