66 eleven talksNone<strong>the</strong>less one has yet to read reflections or comments onit in <strong>the</strong> Aurobindian literature, where <strong>the</strong> existence of <strong>the</strong>Overman Consciousness and <strong>the</strong> existence of <strong>the</strong> overmanhim- and herself is barely acknowledged.We should be aware that behind our existence and ourtiniest ef<strong>for</strong>t <strong>the</strong>re are: 1. <strong>the</strong> presence of Sri Aurobindo, <strong>for</strong><strong>the</strong> Avatar never deserts his Work; 2. <strong>the</strong> presence of <strong>the</strong>Mo<strong>the</strong>r, who exists in <strong>the</strong> archetype of an immortal, omnipresentsupramental body; 3. <strong>the</strong> Supermind, active in <strong>the</strong>Earth-atmosphere since 1956; 4. since 1 January 1969 <strong>the</strong>presence of <strong>the</strong> Overman Consciousness “in search of peoplewho can receive it.” The people called to participate in<strong>the</strong> realization of <strong>the</strong> new world should be aware of <strong>the</strong>seextraordinary Forces. The miraculous is present now as itwas during <strong>the</strong> lifetime of Sri Aurobindo and <strong>the</strong> Mo<strong>the</strong>r,but to perceive it one has to be prepared <strong>for</strong> it.Five confirmationsIs <strong>the</strong>re any confirmation that Sri Aurobindo’s and <strong>the</strong>Mo<strong>the</strong>r’s vision is not ano<strong>the</strong>r “mystic” chimera?
