Inasmuchas the transfer of these leaders into the OT must be carriedout according to the actual service status of their presentemployment in the OT, it will not be possible, in many cases,to grant them the rank in theOT corresponding to the previousappointment they held therein; on the contrary, it willfrequently, be the case that these leaders will now be granteda rank -stolen is lower than that held by them within their ownparty organization. In order to be able to inform the SAHigh Command and the Reichsftthrer SS of the grounds for suchincorporation, the reason for demotion in OT grade of SA orSS personnel jaust be determined in every case involving anappointment to a different rank. Controversy arising fromsuch cases must be communicated to the Personnel Branch ofthe OT-Zentrale, Abt PI.
