The building work done will be charged for on the basis of theprices of the Leistungsverzeichnis (Works Schedule)*2. The prices which apply are those of the " Leistungsverzeichnis zumRahmenbauvertrag Bunkerbau West" (Works Schedule to the Frame-BuildingContract, Pill-boxes, West), issue of June 1943* They are contractprices in the sense as defined in the Auftragsbedingungen (JobSpecifications) para. 15 V*3. Modifications of the section PI of the contract prices aregoverned by Section IB of the preamble to the Leistungsverzeichnis(Works Schedule). Sections Ps of the prices to be changed are to formthe basis, without alteration, of the charge in accordance withJob Specifications Para 14, section 9, in conjunction with JobSpecifications Para. 16, No* HI*4* For modifications of the sections PI of the contract prices, themodifioafclonfactors (see preamble to the Works Schedule, Section IB)are fixed atF 1 = 0.60 and F 2 = 1.60-69 ­
