Calista is a young girl who dreams of a life as a dancer.<br />
The future looks bright and when she is 16-years<br />
old, she is selected for a dance school in New York. But<br />
the journey and her dance career is interrupted when<br />
she finds out that she is pregnant. The father of the child<br />
is a Mormon and she is forced into a marriage. No<br />
more dancing. After eight years, Calista is in such a deep<br />
depression that she leaves the family and ends up<br />
sleeping on a park bench. By chance she meets a girl who<br />
introduces her to the stripper profession. This becomes<br />
her temporary salvation.<br />

My identity as a taboo of two nations. Hungarian for<br />
Slovaks, Slovaks for Hungarian. My personal journey into<br />
the past of my family to heal the future of two neighbours.<br />
This is my personal story. My grandma and all her<br />
family came to Slovakia from Hungary a long time ago.<br />
They were forced to live in a house of evicted Hungarians.<br />
How can the result of a chess game of a few politicians<br />
after the Second World War change the destiny of<br />
thousands of families ? I want to find out what happened.<br />
I let old pictures, maps, letters, shoes and memories tell<br />
the story of two nations.<br />
As this film is part of the <strong>DOK</strong>.Incubator workshop 2012 and<br />
still in post-production, <strong>DOK</strong> Market presents only a trailer.<br />
