Staff Occupational Therapist: 1997-present: Provide daily treatment, evaluation, and training to pediatric and adult patients within a large free-standing rehabilitation hospital. Primary caseload consists of pediatric trauma survivors and young adult brain injury survivors. Senior level staff responsible for all training on serial casting, burn cares/rehabilitation, dynamic splinting, pediatric rehabilitation techniques, and spasticity management training. Fieldwork Coordinator for Occupational Therapy Department: 2000-2006. Coordinated all student fieldwork rotations within the hospital, mentoring to students and clinical supervisors, and primary contact for university regarding students performance. Pediatric Program Leader: 2004-2006: Completed data analysis and quarterly report information for program improvement. Limited amount of marketing and external speaking opportunities.
