The funds will be distributed to each State Lead Center directly. Each organization serving as a State Lead Center has agreed to keep all indirect costs as a percentage of the overall budget to a maximum allowable percentage of 20%. There will be a 2% administrative fee to the Sarah Jane Brain Foundation for management of the entire national system.
