10. A discussion of the aforesaid provisions of law as well as the related facts discloses that
disability of “stammering” does not fall within the category of physical disability entitling the petitioner
to have reservation on the ground of physical disablement in the post so advertised by the Commission.
11. It is submitted by Mr. T.Pertin, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 that in terms of
the aforesaid selection process the Commission has already published its result.
12. In view of the aforesaid discussions, I do not find any merit in this petition and accordingly
dismissed.
13. No costs.
