You will visit the city's most emblematic markets, learn how to cook
classic dishes with local chefs, and eat in the best restaurants the capital
has to offer while learning the rich pre-Hispanic, colonial and republican
history of Peru.

After a stroll through the streets, the The archaeological
remains and promenade of the district of Miraflores,
you will lunch in Cala restaurant on the sea shore. In the
afternoon a walk in the bohemian district of Barranco, with
visits to handicrafts stores such as Dédalo and the Lucía de
la Puente Gallery, which offer true works of art for sale.
Tras recorrer las calles, los restos arqueológicos y el malecón
del distrito de Miraflores, almorzará en el restaurante Cala,
frente al mar. En la tarde caminará por el bohemio distrito
de Barranco, donde visitará tiendas de artesanía como
Dédalo y la galería de arte Lucía de la Puente, que ofrecen

Visit to the Historic Centre of Lima, with its many
colonial-era buildings, before going to the district of
Pueblo Libre for a pisco sour in the traditional tavern El
Bolivariano. At night you will dine at Rafael and may go
to the Jazz Zone, one of Lima's best music bars.
Visitará el Centro Histórico de Lima, hogar de decenas
de edificios coloniales, para luego trasladarse al distrito
de Pueblo Libre, donde probará el típico pisco sour en la
tradicional taberna El Bolivariano. Por la noche, cenará

Visit to Pantanos de Villa and the Pachacamac
archaeological site, before a creole lunch in Hacienda
Mamacona where you will see the northern marinera
danced by a lady and a Peruvian paso horse. Dinner at
Astrid&Gaston.
