suggestions to the inaugural issue of Ultimate Journeys. Your input has been
encouraging and has helped us improve the second issue of the magazine,
which we present to you today.
This time the main features are:
1. Peruvian Cuisine, which is conquering palates all over the world;
including an interview with Gaston Acurio, guru of our "food revolution",
and sections with extensive information on our unique products from land
and sea. Check out our "Peru Gourmet" programmes and do recommend

2. Lima, quickly becoming South America's new hub destination for leisure
and business travellers. We interview Jorge Melero, who is leading the
successful expansion of Libertador Hotels, Resorts and Spas in Peru,
including the iconic Westin Libertador Lima Hotel. There is extensive
travel, cultural and entertainment information on our capital city, which
should proof useful when planning a visit.
