52. KRAFTWERKSTECHNISCHES
KOLLOQUIUM
am 6. und 7. Oktober 2020
Air Products and thyssenkrupp sign exclusive strategic cooperation agreement for world-scale
electrolysis plants to generate green hydrogen. Electrolysis plant.
“The SCA with thyssenkrupp is an important
element of our value chain in developing,
building, owning and operating worldscale
projects and supplying green hydrogen
for mobility, energy and industrial applications.
We look forward to applying our
complementary strengths and delivering
substantial sustainability benefits through
transformational green hydrogen projects,”
said Dr. Samir J. Serhan, Chief Operating
Officer at Air Products.
“We are proud to cooperate with Air
Products in making value chains for fuels,
chemicals, and industry feedstocks sustainable.
Large-scale electrolysis is the key
technology to connect renewable power to
the different sectors of mobility and industry.
As a world market leader in electrolysis
we bring in both: technology and production
capacity at scale. Already today, we are
set to supply one gigawatt for water electrolysis
plants per year, and we are prepared
to ramp up the capacity in this rapidly
evolving market,” said Denis Krude, CEO
at thyssenkrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineers.
thyssenkrupp has developed high-efficiency
alkaline water electrolysis technology.
With more than 600 projects and electrochemical
plants worldwide with a total
rating of over 10 gigawatts realized, thyssenkrupp
has extensive in-depth knowledge
in the engineering, procurement, and
construction of these plants.
Matching the need for low-CAPEX, low-
OPEX, reliable technology and solid project
execution to make world-scale green
hydrogen projects feasible, Air Products
and thyssenkrupp are committed to deploying
economic green hydrogen plants in
the gigawatt size.
• Online platform just started.
As a result of both the directions provided
by the European Centre for Disease Prevention
and Control and Italian governmental
public health authorities, we are obliged to
reschedule the event to best ensure the
safety of our customers, attendees, staff
and suppliers. Enlit Europe will now take
place on 30 November – 2 December 2021
at Fiera Milano di Rho, Milan.
Stay tuned for the Online Platform
This major resource was intended to be
launched at Enlit Europe in Milan. Yet,
with the physical event being rescheduled
to take place in 2021, one thing is clear –
our need to accelerate the development of
this online platform is critical.
From July 2020 onwards, Enlit Europe
will host its programme online, through
live sessions, interviews, panel discussions,
networking breakout sessions, we will
make sure the discussion happens online in
an environment that is beneficial to our
community.
(kwt) 2020 ist ein besonderes Jahr. Die Digitalisierung
bringt viele Vorteile – dennoch
bleiben persönliche Kontakte sehr
wichtig. Für das 52. Kraftwerkstechnische
Kolloquium haben wir gemeinsam mit dem
Internationalen Congress Center Dresden
ein zertifiziertes Veranstaltungs- und Hygienekonzept
entwickelt, das ein persönliches
Treffen mit Fachvorträgen und Firmenmesse
ermöglicht.
Daher planen wir eine Präsenzveranstatung
und bereiten zeitgleich eine Webveranstaltung
für all diejenigen vor, die nicht
vor Ort in Dresden dabei sein können..
Themenschwerpunkte 2020
• Innovationen/ Innovationen in der
Energietechnik (Kernthema der
Plenarveranstaltung und der
Podiumsdiskussion)
• Neubau- und Pilotprojekte in der
Kraftwerkstechnik
• Integration regenerativer
Energieträger/ Sektorkopplung
• Energiespeicher
• Versorgungsnetze
• Verbrennung und Dampferzeuger
• Kernenergetische Systeme
• Energiemaschinen
• Abgasreinigung
aktuell geltenden Veranstaltungsregeln
und in Abstimmung mit dem Internationalen
Congress Center Dresden ein Konzept
für die Durchführung unserer Veranstaltung
erstellen konnten. Dieses wurde von
unabhängiger Seite geprüft. Die zugehörige
Bescheinigung ist auf den Webseiten des
Kraftwerkstechnischen Kolloquiums einsehbar.
Ob Vor Ort oder digital – in jedem Fall
