generally dont last this long with anybody. Damn I think

what Mariyal thought within that split second. As for
Haddi’s argument, all he could muster was a short
“Good luck”
After which both of them came back to the hostel and
decided to take a short nap in Champak’s room. By the
time Haddi woke up it was already 3:30 pm. Haddi
freshened up, put on the best clothes he had and started
walking towards the CC canteen with Untees. He was a
bit nervous but at the same time very confident. His
conviction was a result of profound thought which made
him very positive about what he was going to do. Untees
was also doing quiet a good job of keeping him pumped
up for his meeting. The venue of the meet was CC
canteen. A small canteen located right next to the
computer center, it was one of the hip places of IITK
and was visited by quiet a big crowd everyday. Neha
had decided to call a small group of friends there to
celebrate her Bday in style. That small group consisted
of Aneesha, Untees, Haddi and a few more of her female
friends from the class. As soon as Haddi and Untees
reached the CC canteen, they saw a gathering of some
10 odd people sitting in a circle around a table just
outside the canteen. Haddi was expecting him and
Untees to be the only guys there, however he was
surprised to see 2 guys already a part of the
circle. Haddi had played the whole scenario in his mind
like a thousand times since Neha had told her that she
was going to have a party in the CC canteen. He had
decided to wait till the moment Neha cut her cake and
after that he was going to take over the stage and
announce in front of everyone that he was madly in love
with Neha and put a ring on her. His imagination had
been so vivid that he could hear the ”Awww’s” from all
of Neha’s female friends after he had finished his thing.
