“What if there was totalling error or some answer had
not been checked correctly? I might still paas the
course”
Haddi thought and decided to ask for the model
answers.
“Sir can I have the question paper and the model
answers??"
After Prof Rao handed him the model answers, Haddi
decided to check each and every page, each and every
line of his answersheet. He started cross checking his
answers with the model ones very slowly. There was no
scope of any increment in question 1 and 2.
Disappointed, Haddi turned the page. Question 3 was no
better, ha had messed up the whole concept. He was
lucky to get 3 marks in that. He thought he deserved
zero for the kind of stupidity he had done. Page after
page Haddi kept turning, but there just wasnt any
correction error or anything close to that. Finally after
pages to go. Heck even the pagecount of his
answersheet was smaller than the question paper.
opened up the front page and started going through the
answers once again. But it was of no use. Haddi just
culdn’t see any place where he could have requested for
an increment of marks. Haddi didn’t know how long he
was pondering over his answerbook. It may have been 5
min, 10 min or an hour Haddi just didn’t know. He just
didn’t wanna get up from his chair. He was deep into his
thoughts when he heard a creaking noise; it was from
Prof Mao's chair. When Haddi looked up he saw Prof Mao
staring at him unblinkedly. Apparently he was getting
very restless and rightly so, Haddi was taking a lot of
time going through his answer sheet. But he didn’t care,
he wanted to be sure about his answers. Haddi was
