“Aneesha what was all that? Did you know this?”
Aneesha hesitated and then replied
“Yes I did. But I couldn’t tell. Neha had made me

damn it. Do you know what this is?” Untees held out the
ring and continued “He was going to propose her. This
ring was in his hands when all this happened”. Although
Untees was typing away at the computer his mind was
not at all on it, he was very disturbed about what had
happened. In his anger, he was oblivious to the fact that
he had logged in and out of his yahoo account for the
4th time now. He logged in for the fifth time, then
turned towards Aneesha and asked
“Why did she do this?”
Aneesha Sighed then said
“Neha is from a joint family. They are very conservative.
They wouldn’t even let Neha wear a jeans. She can
hardly do anything she likes. Did you know she loves
dancing? But she can’t do it because as per her parents
it’s a taboo. You know woh sirf 18 ki thi jab she got
engaged? And it’s not a shaadi, it’s a business deal.
Yuvraaj’s family and Neha’s family together makes a lot
of business sense. That’s all there is to them. she joined
the course in IITK just to get away from all this. She had
to take permission from Yuvraaj to do this. When she
joined and met Rohit that’s when she actually started
living. She felt alive with him. That’s why she didn’t tell
him. You can call this selfish but imagine yourself in a
situation where the entire life looks like a compromise to
you and you can’t do anything about it. In that situation
if you meet someone who makes you oblivious to
everything else, wouldn’t you take that opportunity even
