of a jam packed L7 discussing their plans for the rest of
the day.
“Main Computer center jaa raha hoon. Koi chal raha
hai??” kaka asked.
”Haan chalo main chalta hoon” Mariyal replied.
”Main library jaa raha hoon. Bahut neend aa rahi hai”
said Haddi with a yawn.
”Bakwaas!! Newscientist ka naya issue aaya hai saala
wahi padhne jaa raha hai” cheeked Untees. Haddi was
an addict for newscientist magazine. He had read close
to 300 archived issues of the magazine in 7 days after
reading his first one in the IITK library.
“There’s just something about the magazine that
kickstarts my imagination in a good way” was what
Haddi’s explanation was when asked about his obsession
for the magazine. He had to read any new issues of the
magazine as soon as it came in. apparently this was
something people had started using to pull his leg.
”Haan to ab ekdum jaa ke to neend nahi hi aayegi na.
Thodi der kuch padh loonga to automatically neend aa
jaegi” Haddi promptly defended himself.
”Neend to mujhe bhi aa rahi hai. Chalo main bhi chalta
hoon” added Untees.
Chashmish was standing in deep thought. May be the
thought of sleeping in the cool air conditioned
atmosphere of library was being too overwhelming for
him to think anything. Haddi looked at him and said
”Are Chashmish itna mat socho, chale chalo. Bahut dino
se soye nahi ho dhang se.”
”Are haan yaar Haddi. Bahut samasyaein hai zindagi
main. Lagta hai so ke hi solution milega iska. Chalo jaldi
chalo.” replied Chashmish with a smile.
