overwhelming her now. She managed one final shout<br />
and said to Untees<br />
“Don’t you dare!! Don’t u dare contact me. We are<br />
DONE!!” and stormed off from ShopC. A few people had<br />
accumul<strong>at</strong>ed by now behind Mariyal, Untees and Axle<br />
(who were still looking <strong>at</strong> Aneesha walking away) and<br />
seen everything unfold. A guy with spectacles broke<br />
away from the spaect<strong>at</strong>ors and moved towards the navy<br />
cut girl<br />
“Manika!! Chalo yahan se!!!!”<br />
The girl looked <strong>at</strong> the man in surprise and said<br />
“Dad! Aap yahan!!”<br />
The trio turned around to see a familiar face dragging<br />
away the Navy cut girl from the paanwaala. The familiar<br />
face was th<strong>at</strong> of Prof Roy and he was staring <strong>at</strong> the<br />
three of them as if saying<br />
“I will make sure you do not pass the course”<br />
The trio returned straight to the hostel afterwards.<br />
Untees was extremely despondent but Mariyal was a bit<br />
better and <strong>at</strong>least managing a bit of a smile. Axle<br />
decided to leave them alone and went straight to<br />
hangout with Chashmish, Vodka and Champak. There an<br />
exchange of the day’s incidents took place and everyone<br />
concluded th<strong>at</strong> it probably wasn’t the best day for<br />
anything remotely romantic.<br />
