In addition to user resource utilization, Figure 5-23 shows the actual class of the user (User
Status column). Most of the LINUXxx users are in class 3, but, for example, user LINUX45
has quick dispatch enabled (class 0).
In Figure 5-23, some users exceeded 100 in the %CPU column, because it is based on the
usage of a single processor. Because other users are not using the CPU resource, these
guests can have more resources.
Ration column: The values in Ratio column should be near a value of 1. Otherwise a
mismatch occurs between the total processor time (TCPU) and the virtual processor time
(VCPU) in the interval.
