5.1 Functions of Unified Resource Manager
We used functions of the zEnterprise Unified Resource Manager for the following tasks:
► zEnterprise ensemble management (Figure 5-1)
You can use Unified Resource Manager to create and delete an ensemble and to add a
server to, or remove a server from, an ensemble.

In this example, we used the Unified Resource Manager to activate and deactivate a
System z LPAR (IBM PR/SM) and POWER blade
