whatever I thought ufefulfor that Turpofe in the
elaborate Work of Villalpandus, a Book which is
in very few Hands ; and in the later Obferva-
tions of Bcrnardus L'Amy, in his learned Book
de Tabernaculo Foederis.
But I muft not conceal the kind AJfiftance I
have received upon this and former Occafions,
from that Great Majler of 'Divine and Human
Learning, the Right Reverend Father in GOD;

Lichfield ; and I gladly embrace the Opportu-
nity of making my grateful Acknowledgments to
his Lordship in this Tublick Manner, for his-
