Creatures and the Wheels were animated by the
fame Principle of Understanding and Motion, to
fignify, with what Readinefs and Alacrity all the
Inftruments of Providence concurr in carrying on
its great defigns and purpofes ^ compare Chap, x.
16, 17.

them] That is, the Wheels, which were placed juft
