quities, &c] The Words, if understood as fpoken
to the Jews of that Age, imply, that the
Houfe here defcribed, with the whole Platform
of it, and the Ordinances relating to it, might
be a Model for them to imitate, as far as they
were able, when they mould return to their own
Country, and rebuild the Temple. See the general
