LA 11 LA IN LI CI AM Plant trees appropriate to the context of the right-of-way in which they are planted. Mature tree heights, spread, and roots should be considered in relation to above-ground and below-ground infrastructure. Do not place services within the tree dripline unless they are buried two meters deep or more. Consider single-stemmed trees planted in the public right-of-way that have a mature height of twenty feet (20') or more. Locate trees so that, at their mature size, any branches over the street are at least fourteen feet (14') above the ground and do not interfere with overhead utilities.
