<strong>1.</strong>4. Basic edit<strong>in</strong>g of core cells<br />

Now we are about to learn a few th<strong>in</strong>gs about edit<strong>in</strong>g core cells. We are go<strong>in</strong>g<br />

to start with someth<strong>in</strong>g simple: modify<strong>in</strong>g an exist<strong>in</strong>g core cell to your<br />

particular needs.<br />

<strong>First</strong>, double-click the MultiWave Osc to go <strong>in</strong>side:<br />

What you see now is a <strong>Reaktor</strong> <strong>Core</strong> structure. The three areas separated by<br />

vertical l<strong>in</strong>es are for three different k<strong>in</strong>ds of modules: <strong>in</strong>puts (on the left),<br />

outputs (on the right), and normal modules (center).<br />

Whereas normal modules can move <strong>in</strong> all directions, the <strong>in</strong>puts and outputs<br />

can only be moved vertically, and their relative order matches the order <strong>in</strong><br />

which they appear outside. So, you can easily rearrange their outside order by<br />

mov<strong>in</strong>g them around. Try mov<strong>in</strong>g the FM <strong>in</strong>put below the PW <strong>in</strong>put:<br />
