La surveillance <strong>de</strong>s écosystèmes aquatiques à vocation multi-usage doit se généraliser pour éviter <strong>de</strong>s intoxications humaines dues aux cyanotoxines. De ce travail, quelques perspectives peuv<strong>en</strong>t se dégager : - poursuivre l’isolem<strong>en</strong>t <strong>de</strong> Fragilaria sp. pour son id<strong>en</strong>tification. La culture pure <strong>de</strong> cette espèce permettra <strong>de</strong> continuer les étu<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> broutage avec le copépo<strong>de</strong> calani<strong>de</strong> et permettre <strong>de</strong> comparer les résultats avec ceux obt<strong>en</strong>us avec Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii; - étudier la toxicité d’une autre cyanobactérie Anaba<strong>en</strong>a torulosa isolée du lac <strong>de</strong> Guiers lors du travail <strong>de</strong> thèse; - ét<strong>en</strong>dre l’inv<strong>en</strong>taire <strong>de</strong>s microalgues à d’autres écosystèmes aquatiques du bas <strong>de</strong>lta du fleuve Sénégal. 119
