Ainsi la moy<strong>en</strong>ne annuelle <strong>de</strong> la diversité spécifique à chaque niveau a été prise <strong>en</strong> compte pour la représ<strong>en</strong>tation (Fig. 8). La diversité spécifique est <strong>plus</strong> élevée au niveau inférieur (niveau fond) pour l’<strong>en</strong>semble <strong>de</strong>s stations avec une moy<strong>en</strong>ne annuelle <strong>de</strong> 2,46 bits/mm 3 (CV=14,9%) pour la station Large, <strong>de</strong> 2,43 bits/mm 3 (CV=11,1%) pour la station Baie et 2,38 bits/mm 3 (CV=14,6%) pour la station Typha. Par contre, <strong>en</strong> surface la diversité spécifique est moins élevée avec 2,20 bits/mm 3 (CV=10,7%) à la station Large, <strong>de</strong> 2,16 bits/mm 3 (CV=14,1%) à la station Baie et 2,11 bits/ mm 3 (CV=14,6%) à la station Typha. ?? À partir <strong>de</strong>s effectifs spécifiques La diversité spécifique calculée à partir <strong>de</strong>s effectifs varie <strong>de</strong> 1,03 bits/indv <strong>en</strong> mars à la station Typha <strong>en</strong> surface à 2,98 bits/indv <strong>en</strong> mai à la station Typha au fond. La diversité spécifique prés<strong>en</strong>te une valeur moy<strong>en</strong>ne annuelle <strong>de</strong> 1,93 bits/indv (CV= 24,8%). A l’inverse <strong>de</strong> la diversité spécifique calculée à partir du biovolume, les indices <strong>de</strong> Shannon calculés à partir <strong>de</strong>s abondances prés<strong>en</strong>t<strong>en</strong>t à la fois une variation saisonnière (ANOVA, Bonferroni, p=0,001) et une variation <strong>en</strong>tre niveaux échantillonnés (ANOVA, Bonferroni, p=0,045). Par contre, aucune différ<strong>en</strong>ce significative <strong>de</strong> la diversité spécifique n’a été observée <strong>en</strong>tre les stations (ANOVA, p = 0,884). Ainsi pour la représ<strong>en</strong>tation graphique, la moy<strong>en</strong>ne <strong>de</strong> la diversité <strong>de</strong>s trois stations pour chaque niveau a été choisie (Fig. 9). D’avril à septembre, la diversité spécifique moy<strong>en</strong>ne varie <strong>en</strong>tre 2,03 et 2,11 bits/indv selon la station. Cette diversité ne se mainti<strong>en</strong>t pas car une baisse survi<strong>en</strong>t d’octobre à mars (1,60 bits/indv). En moy<strong>en</strong>ne pour toutes les stations, la diversité spécifique est <strong>plus</strong> élevée au fond (2,01 bits/indv) qu’<strong>en</strong> surface (1,81 bits/indv). Par rapport aux 3 stations du cycle annuel (Large, Baie, Typha) <strong>de</strong> la zone c<strong>en</strong>trale du lac, la diversité spécifique <strong>de</strong> Shannon à la station <strong>de</strong> pompage P prés<strong>en</strong>te une moy<strong>en</strong>ne annuelle <strong>plus</strong> faible, <strong>de</strong> 1,71 bits/indv (CV=27,8%). Cette diversité prés<strong>en</strong>te égalem<strong>en</strong>t une évolution cyclique, similaire à celle <strong>de</strong>s autres stations (Fig. 10) (ANOVA, Bonferroni, p = 0,001). Les fortes valeurs <strong>de</strong> diversité sont observées d’avril à septembre (2,11 à 2,36 bits/indv). Elle diminue par la suite d’octobre à mars pour atteindre une valeur moy<strong>en</strong>ne <strong>de</strong> 1,64 bits/indv. Ce résultat obt<strong>en</strong>u à la station P confirme les t<strong>en</strong>dances observées aux trois stations échantillonnées m<strong>en</strong>suellem<strong>en</strong>t. 45
