Many of these methods are implementedin a student-centered learning environment, focusing on experiential learning and authenticassessment. In this presentation, I will brieflyoutline some of these teaching models and methodsthat have been recently (and successfully) adoptedby members of the Statistics Division at the Universityof Calgary.
