Non può esistere turismo senza comunicazione perché un territorio, per quanto bello possa essere, non diventa una destinazione se non viene comunicato. Ma non c’è sviluppo del turismo se la comunicazione non diventa relazione. L’eccellenza sarà di quei territori e di quelle imprese che sapranno trasformarsi in vere e proprie ‘organizzazioni comunicative’: con una straordinaria consapevolezza del valore comunicativo di ogni proprio comportamento oltre che di ogni proprio messaggio, capaci di far diventare la comunicazione un modo di essere ed una responsabilità diffusa tra tutti i suoi attori, il frutto di una progettazione strategica e integrata, un processo continuo di azioni coordinate e misurabili perché orientate a specifici obiettivi di risultato, finalizzata non solo alla promozione del prodotto turistico ma soprattutto alla relazione. Culture: the excellence in tourism is directly proportional to the culture of communication. There could be no tourism without communication because, however beautiful it may be, a territory does not become a destination if it is not spread. But there is no tourism development if the communication doesn’t become a connection. The excellence will belong to the territories and the companies that will become real ‘communicative organizations’: it will be fundamental to cause an extraordinary awareness of the communicative value of each behavior as well as every personal message, to render the communication a way of being and a responsibility to be spread among all the stakeholders. Finally the communication will be the result of a strategic and integrated design, a continuous process of coordinated actions aimed for specific and measurable performance targets, with the final goal to promote the connections. 30 LUXURYfiles SUMMER 2012
