i migliori rendimenti.
Margaux e Romanée-Conti. Quest’ultima, a fronte di una produzione
assai limitata (circa 6000 bottiglie all’anno), è una bottiglia
Conterno e altri.
It could not be otherwise, since they operate in an
active manner in the sale of goods in order to
achieve the best returns. Whether it is auction or
private negotiation, managers should know the
product thoroughly and be prompt in seizing the
opportunities.
The assets are kept in the free port of Geneva, in
special vaults, and they are insured against various
risks - including that of an earthquake - and in
recent years they have been generating very good
returns for investors. All this with an extreme transparency,
detectable with analytical data on a monthly
basis, as with other financial instruments
NOBLES CRUS
The fund invests primarily in Bordeaux and
Burgundy’s grands crus classés, considered the best
wines in the world. The portfolio includes bottles of
Château Latour, Château Margaux and Romanée-
Conti. The last one, against a very limited production
- about 6000 bottles a year - is a bottle much
sought after by the finest collectors and tasters: this
helps to increase the price. One of the most recent
fund operations was the acquisition of a magnificent
wine cellar of Bordeaux’s 1982 premier cru - a great
vintage - in original wooden crates. Moreover, given
that Italy’s fame is growing exponentially in Asia, the
fund has opted to acquire “en primeur” - ie before
the product is launched on the market - a number of
large Italian wines: Masseto, Sassicaia, Giacomo
Conterno Monfortino’s Barolo and others.
