tutti e 5 i sensi: corsie ampie, scaffali rigorosi, merce ordinata
a Eataly.
lasciarci indifferenti.
Crossing the threshold of a place that has the ambition to
become the temple of Italian culinary excellences
throughout the world, you immediately feel a sense of
general well-being that is able to involve all five senses:
wide aisles, rigorous racks, classified goods and admirably
“explained” that open the audience’s eyes to a mouthwatering
world – as it is an out-and-out show – together
with the desire to taste. Organization and harmony
among the different sectors do the rest: you could walk
from the fish department to that dedicated to the coffee
roasting without experiencing any smell problems but
rather savoring the different sensory spurs that the environment
is capable of generating every time. This is
worth the visit to Eataly. Then again, there are salami
hanging from the ceiling, restaurants where dishes are
made to order and documented in public, only seasonal
vegetables, places to taste the finest wines: this is a true
immersion in the food that will not absolutely leave us
indifferent.
