momento da parte le figure giamaicane per far spazio a
toni più leggeri e delicati. Nina in questa dimensione è
completamente a suo agio, complice anche un grosso
lavoro di sofisticazione elettronica, la cura maniacale di
ogni dettaglio, che ci restituisce un’istantanea pressoché
perfetta degli anni Cinquanta.
Accanto, l’immagine. Look smaliziato, acconciature spigolose
che potrebbero essere di Amy Winehouse, movenze
alla Mina – cosa c’è di male? – molto glamour si direbbe,
stramaledettamente efficace.
Accanto, l’indole. Nina gode di esuberanza ed indipendenza,
a suo modo è irriverente, diverte e si diverte, conquista
con la sua eleganza, con il suo stile, classe, gusto,
con la sua raffinatezza.
Aggiungete il fatto che questa storia parte dal basso e non
dai talent show, ricordatevi che sta a suo agio anche quando
si tratta di duettare – era Giuliano Palma su 50mila, è
Carmen Consoli su Un’Altra Estate… c’è tutto, ci sono le
premesse, ci sono le certezze, c’è una grande musica, una
grande interprete, c’è una grande voce. Carattere, carisma,
personalità.

because of a huge work of electronic approach together
with maniacal attention to detail, which give us an almost
perfect snapshot of the fifties.
Next, the image: a shrewd look, edgy hairstyles very similar
to Amy Winehouse ones, Mina’s attitude – and what’s
wrong with that? Since it seems very glamorous and damn
effective.
Besides, the personality: Nina enjoys exuberance and
independence, in her own way she is irreverent, she
knows how to entertain the audience and how to enjoy
herself at the same time, winning with her elegance, style,
class, taste and perfection.
You should add the fact that her story starts from the bottom
and not from any talent show, besides the detail that
she is at ease when it comes to duet – with Giuliano Palma
in 50mila and with Carmen Consoli in Un’altra estate... .
There is everything: there are the right premises, the certainties,
a great music, a great performer, besides a great
voice. Temperament, charisma, personality.
