On the 21 st June Eataly Rome opened its doors,<br />

becoming the largest of a megastores network<br />

that from New York to Turin are showing, cooking<br />

and selling the best selection of food and agricultural<br />

“Made in Italy”.<br />

23 restaurants and dining corners, including the pizza<br />

spot and the buffalo mozzarella workshop, 40 educational<br />

areas, 8 classrooms, 8 live production areas, meeting<br />

rooms and conference areas. 17,000 sqm to over 14,000<br />

products for sale: an inside view of the Italian excellences,<br />

a food experience at its fullest which is preparing to make<br />

Rome the new delicatessens capital: the Alpine ice cream<br />

with draught choccolate produced with PGI hazelnuts<br />

from Piemonte and emulsified with extra virgin olive oil.<br />

There is a large range of products people could choose<br />

from: the gardens goods managed by “Slow Food”<br />

group, the bread made with 35 years old natural yeast,<br />

artichokes and home-brewed beers.<br />
