Impianto di fine linea e veicoli LGV
Il fine linea Siti-B&T Group comprende linee automatiche di
scelta, confezionamento e palletizzazione affidabili, veloci e
di semplice utilizzo; macchine modulari che consentono una
configurazione versatile in funzione delle esigenze impiantistiche
presenti e future, oltre all’interfacciamento con sistemi
di visione e veicoli a guida automatica.
Tutta la linea di scelta, comprendente il banco di selezione, il
controllo di planarità e di calibro, il sistema di impilamento, la
confezionatrice e gli accessori, è gestita da un’unica interfaccia
e monitor touch-screen a colori con tecnologia TFT, mentre
il pallettizzatore è predisposto per la gestione di un flusso
misto di prodotto, sia per dimensione che per tipo, e può
gestire più punti di prelievo.
L’elettronica di bordo è costituita da componenti commerciali
di facile reperibilità mentre il software modulare permette
un’agevole personalizzazione della macchina.
La movimentazione dei box a rulli e dei pianali di prodotto
cotto impilato, che alimentano la linea di scelta, è affidata ai
veicoli a guida automatica con navigazione laser guidata
(L.G.V.). Il nuovo design del veicolo, ha contribuito ad una
diminuzione degli ingombri in lunghezza con conseguenti
minori spazi di manovra. L’utilizzo di nuovi sistemi di sicurezza
a 360°, conformi alla moderna normativa vigente, permette
di raggiungere velocità superiori di percorrenza aumentando
l’efficienza dell’impianto. L’interfaccia utente installata sul
carrello può essere costituita da un terminale grafico touchscreen
a colori che consente di implementare, direttamente
da bordo carrello, funzionalità normalmente disponibili solo
nella stazione di controllo a terra.
Il sistema di supervisione è basato su un software proprietario;
lo sviluppo e la produzione interna hanno permesso di
sviluppare applicativi dedicati che consentono di raggiungere
elevati standard di flessibilità ed adattabilità alle diverse
soluzioni impiantistiche. In particolare, nella parte di gestione
automatica del traffico è presente il modulo A.C.S. (Advanced
Control System) dedicato alla prevenzione delle condizioni di
stallo fra i veicoli in zone di impianto ristrette o che limitano
il movimento dei veicoli stessi.
I veicoli a pianale, utilizzati
nello stoccaggio per movimentare
box a rulli e basamenti di
materiale cotto impilato,
hanno una gamma di portata
di 3000 Kg, 4500 Kg, 7000 Kg,
8500 Kg e 10000 Kg.
I veicoli a forche, utilizzati per
trasporto pallet, hanno una
gamma di portata di 2000 Kg
e 3000 Kg.

End of line equipments and LGV veichles
Siti-B&T Group’s end of line equipments include automatic
sorting, packaging and palletization lines that are reliable,
fast and easy to use; modular machines that allow a versatile
configuration depending on present and future plantengineering
requirements as well as the interfacing with
displays systems and automatic guided vehicles.
The whole sorting line, including the selection bench, the
planarity and the gauge control devices, the stacking system,
the packaging machine and all the relevant accessories, is
managed by a single interface and touch-screen colour
monitor with TFT technology, while the palletizer is set up for
handling a mixed flow of products, both in terms of
dimension and of type and it can handle several pick-up
points.
The electronics on-board is made up of commercial
components that are easily available while the modular
software allows the machine to be effortlessly customised.
The handling of the roller boxes and of the platforms with
stacked, fired product feeding the sorting line is granted by
automatically guided vehicles with Laser Guided Navigation
system (L.G.V.). The new design of the vehicle has
contributed in reducing the length of the vehicle itself,
consequently reducing manoeuvring spaces too. The addition
of new 360° safety systems, in compliance with current and
modern standards, means that the vehicles can travel at
higher speeds, thus increasing the efficiency of the plant. The
user interface installed on the vehicle consists of a graphic
colour touch screen terminal. This means that you can
implement functions that are normally only available from
the control station on the ground directly on the vehicle.
The supervision system is based on our own software;
through internal development and production we have been
able to develop special applications which allow us to
achieve high standards of flexibility and adaptability to
diverse plant-engineering situations. In particular, the
automatic traffic management part has an A.C.S. (Advanced
Control System) module for preventing
stall conditions among the vehicles in
cramped plant areas or areas which limit
the movement of the vehicles
themselves.
The ‘’flatbed’’ vehicles, used for
handling roller boxes and pallets of
stacked, fired material, have a loadbearing
range of 3000 Kg, 4500 Kg,
7000 Kg, 8500 Kg and 10000 Kg.
The fork vehicles, used to transport
pallets, have a load-bearing range of
2000 Kg and 3000 Kg.
