Bingo plus - carrelli elevatori
Montini, azienda che dal 1960 produce carrelli elevatori
elettrici, presenta, della sua gamma completa di carrelli di
portata da 1200 Kg a 12000 Kg, i modelli in corrente
alternata Bingo plus 250, Bingo plus 250 Compact, Bingo
plus 300 e Bingo plus 350 (carrelli elevatori frontali
elettrici a quattro ruote, bimotore in corrente alternata a
trazione anteriore).
Si tratta di veicoli specifici per operare nel settore della
movimentazione dell’industria ceramica: compatti e
maneggevoli garantiscono all’operatore la massima
affidabilità, sicurezza e libertà di movimento ergonomico
in ogni situazione di lavoro.
La buona accelerazione e l’ottima velocità fanno di questi
mezzi le macchine ideali per movimentare grandi quantità
di prodotto. Studiati per assicurare un’elevata autonomia,
questi carrelli svolgono abbondantemente due turni di
lavoro, senza dover ricaricare le batterie.
Altra interessante caratteristica che li contraddistingue è
la sicurezza. I seguenti componenti sono un esempio
dell’affidabilità che i prodotti Montini offrono all’utente:
- luci di stop e di retromarcia per operare anche in luoghi
poco illuminati e per segnalare gli spostamenti del
carrello;
- microinterruttori a tenuta stagna che proteggono il
carrello da agenti quali polveri ed acqua;
- cabina separata dal telaio tramite supporti antivibranti
per ridurre rumori e vibrazioni;
- nuovo sistema per convogliare i gas all’esterno
dell’ambiente in cui è collocata la batteria. Questa
soluzione è particolarmente indicata per i carrelli allestiti
con cabine.

Bingo plus - electric forklift trucks
The Co. Montini, which has been manufacturing electric
forklift trucks since 1960, presents the models Bingo plus
250, Bingo plus 250Compact, Bingo plus 300 and Bingo
plus 350 belonging to its complete range of trucks with
lifting capacities from 1200 Kg up to 12000 Kg.
They are 4-wheel electric forklift trucks with AC twinmotor
front drive.
These compact and easy to manoeuvre vehicles offer the
maximum reliability, safety and freedom of movement to
the operator in all types of working conditions.
These trucks have been designed for specific material
handling in ceramic industrial sector: they are ideal to
handle large product quantities thanks to optimized
acceleration and speed.
Furthermore, these forklift trucks have been studied to
assure high battery autonomy allowing to perform two
working shifts without any need of battery recharge.
Safety is another interesting feature of all Montini trucks.
The following components are just an example of the
reliability that the Montini products grant to the user:
- stop and backup lights for operating in not-wellilluminated
places and for indicating any truck
movement;
- sealed microswitches for truck protection from agents like
dust and water;
- vibration-damping supports separating cab from chassis
in order to reduce noise and vibrations;
- new system to pipe gases out of the places where the
battery is set. This solution is particularly advised for
trucks equipped with cab.
