Resultados dos testes Os testes <strong>de</strong> oxidação via ozônio comprovaram a eficácia do método <strong>para</strong> <strong>de</strong>sinfecção <strong>de</strong> efluentes contendo coliformes totais e fecais, como po<strong>de</strong> ser observado no Quadro 4.6. Para o teste 01 com t<strong>em</strong>po a partir <strong>de</strong> 2 minutos o CF reduziram ao não <strong>de</strong>tectável e enquanto que <strong>para</strong> <strong>de</strong>sinfecção total do efluente <strong>em</strong> termos <strong>de</strong> CT M foram necessários 15 minutos. Para o teste 02 com efluente filtrado o t<strong>em</strong>po <strong>de</strong> 1 minuto foi o suficiente <strong>para</strong> reduzir o CF ao não <strong>de</strong>tectável pela metodologia e <strong>para</strong> o CT M a <strong>de</strong>sinfecção completa ocorreu a partir dos 6 minutos.
151 Os resultados <strong>para</strong> o pH <strong>para</strong> o teste 01 e 02 também po<strong>de</strong>m se observados neste quadro. Neste caso, a ozonização do efluente reduziu o pH <strong>em</strong> praticamente meio ponto <strong>para</strong> os dois testes. No quadro também po<strong>de</strong> ser observado que o consumo <strong>de</strong> ozônio pelo efluente tratado (teste 01) e tratado e filtrado (teste 02) se reduz a praticamente zero com t<strong>em</strong>po <strong>de</strong> contato <strong>de</strong> 15 minutos, comprovando que o t<strong>em</strong>po total escolhido <strong>para</strong> os testes, além <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>sinfetar o efluente, também oxidou toda a matéria orgânica possível <strong>para</strong> uma dose <strong>de</strong> 13,50 mg/L.mim <strong>de</strong> ozônio. As duas séries apresentam uma tendência <strong>de</strong> queda sugerindo que, se o efluente fosse mantido <strong>em</strong> contato com o ozônio por mais t<strong>em</strong>po, o pH continuaria caindo. As Figuras 4.11 e 4.12 mostram os resultados <strong>para</strong> os ensaios <strong>de</strong> CT M e CF respectivamente. Para os valores <strong>de</strong> coliformes totais, po<strong>de</strong>-se notar que na coleta do teste 01 com t<strong>em</strong>po <strong>de</strong> contato <strong>de</strong> 4 minutos houve um pico <strong>de</strong> 2400 NMP/100mL que é superior à contag<strong>em</strong> inicial. Isto indica algum tipo <strong>de</strong> contaminação durante a coleta da amostra, uma vez que o gráfico verifica a tendência <strong>de</strong> queda dos coliformes <strong>para</strong> os <strong>de</strong>mais pontos.
