für die Führung virtueller Organisationen. Sie unterstützen die
Agenten (Teilnehmer) der virtuellen Organisation durch Koordinationsund
Kommunikationsdienste für Führungsaufgaben.

Bei VO wird die Führung (also die Koordination der Leistungserstellungssysteme)
dezentral von jedem einzelnen Teilnehmer der VO ausgeführt.
Die teilnehmerinterne Führung kann mit traditionellen Methoden erfolgen.
Auf der Ebene der VO selber (also die Koordination der Teilnehmer untereinander)
ergeben sich aber erhebliche Unterschiede aus den besonderen
Merkmalen virtueller Organisationen. Ausserdem entsteht eine
neue Schnittstelle zwischen dem Führungssystem der VO und denen der
Teilnehmer. Die Führung von VO soll primär als Koordination auf der
Ebene VO und auf der Ebene der notwendigen Schnittstellen zu internen
Führungssystemen verstanden werden.
