Thermatic (automatic air conditioning)<br />

Activating<br />

The windows could mist up when the air is<br />

damp. You can dehumidify the air using the<br />

cooling function.<br />

Press the ° button.<br />

The indicator lamp in the ° button<br />

goes out. The cooling function is activated.<br />

Rear-compartment air conditioning<br />

Rear-compartment air conditioning is controlled<br />

via the control panel for the automatic<br />

air conditioning ( page 184).<br />

The airflow and air direction can be set individually<br />

on the rear vents.<br />

The temperature of the air flowing from<br />

the rear centre air vents and the centre<br />

air vents in the cockpit is the same.<br />

The rear vents are located on the centre<br />

console in the rear.<br />

Setting the air distribution<br />

Press the slider for the left or righthand<br />

centre air vents to the left, right,<br />

up or down.<br />

The airflow is directed in the corresponding<br />

direction.<br />

For draught-free ventilation, move the<br />

sliders for the rear air vents upwards as<br />

far as possible.<br />

Setting the airflow<br />

Turn thumbwheel 1 up or down.<br />

This increases or reduces the airflow.
