Checklist for off-road driving<br />

Engine oil level<br />

Check the engine oil level using the<br />

operating system ( page 254). The<br />

ENGINE OIL LEVEL O.K. message must appear<br />

in the multi-function display.<br />

Only if this is the case is the engine<br />

supplied with sufficient oil if the vehicle<br />

is subjected to sharp inclines on offroad<br />

terrain.<br />

Vehicle tool kit<br />

Check that the jack is in working order.<br />

Make certain that there is a nut<br />

wrench, a strong tow rope and a spade<br />

in the vehicle.<br />
