Troubleshooting
Remove the key and re-insert it in the
ignition lock.
The starter battery is discharged. Check the starter battery and charge
it if necessary.
Jump-starting may be performed.
The batteries in the key are discharged. Check the batteries in the key
( page 84) and replace them if necessary

The key is faulty. Open the door with the emergency
key element ( page 348).
