Anthurus, but it is entirely different in form and its reference to the<br />

genus Anthurus was a mistake. The same mistake has been made in<br />

America with Lysurus borealis, as it is called in the United States.<br />

However, as recently published by Dr. Cleland, who I have no doubt<br />

is correct, (and it has been my opinion for a long time), the Australian,<br />

Ceylonese and American plants are all one and the same<br />

species, and have a local name in each country.<br />
