Both the quality and quantity of foods and drinks consumed can significantly impact<br />

on health and wellbeing. Overconsumption of some foods and drinks containing<br />

some fats, added sugar and salt, and alcohol and relatively poor in nutrients, is<br />

associated with increased risk of some health conditions, and are discussed in the<br />

following chapter.<br />
