91. In § 176.400, paragraphs (a) and (b) are revised to read as follows:<br />

§ 176.400 Stowage <strong>of</strong> Division 1.5, Class 4 (flammable solids) and Class 5 (oxidizers<br />

and organic peroxides) materials.<br />

(a) Class 4 (flammable solid) material and Division 5.2 (organic peroxide)<br />

material must be kept as cool as reasonably practicable, protected from sources <strong>of</strong> heat,<br />

and away from potential sources <strong>of</strong> ignition.<br />

(b) Division 5.2 (organic peroxide) material must be stowed away from living<br />

quarters or access to them. Division 5.2 (organic peroxide) material not requiring<br />

temperature control must be protected from sources <strong>of</strong> heat, including radiant heat and<br />

strong sunlight, and must be stowed in a cool, well-ventilated area.<br />

92. In § 176.600, paragraph (d) is revised to read as follows:<br />

§ 176.600 General stowage requirements.<br />

(d) Each package <strong>of</strong> Division 2.3 (poisonous gas) material or Division 6.1<br />

(poison) material that also bears a FLAMMABLE LIQUID or FLAMMABLE GAS label<br />

must be stowed in a mechanically ventilated space, kept as cool as reasonably<br />

practicable, and be protected from sources <strong>of</strong> heat and stowed away from potential<br />

sources <strong>of</strong> ignition.<br />

93. Section 176.907 is added to read as follows:<br />

§ 176.907 Polymeric Beads and Plastic Molding Compounds.<br />

(a) When transported in cargo transport units, the cargo transport units must<br />
