91. In § 176.400, paragraphs (a) and (b) are revised to read as follows:
§ 176.400 Stowage of Division 1.5, Class 4 (flammable solids) and Class 5 (oxidizers
and organic peroxides) materials.
(a) Class 4 (flammable solid) material and Division 5.2 (organic peroxide)
material must be kept as cool as reasonably practicable, protected from sources of heat,
and away from potential sources of ignition.
(b) Division 5.2 (organic peroxide) material must be stowed away from living
quarters or access to them. Division 5.2 (organic peroxide) material not requiring
temperature control must be protected from sources of heat, including radiant heat and
strong sunlight, and must be stowed in a cool, well-ventilated area.

92. In § 176.600, paragraph (d) is revised to read as follows:
§ 176.600 General stowage requirements.

(d) Each package of Division 2.3 (poisonous gas) material or Division 6.1
(poison) material that also bears a FLAMMABLE LIQUID or FLAMMABLE GAS label
must be stowed in a mechanically ventilated space, kept as cool as reasonably
practicable, and be protected from sources of heat and stowed away from potential
sources of ignition.
93. Section 176.907 is added to read as follows:
§ 176.907 Polymeric Beads and Plastic Molding Compounds.
