Enrollment Process
SCHOOL PROFILE
Enrollment at IEC is voluntary. In rare cases, students may be referred on an
involuntary basis. Any student interested in enrolling in IEC must complete an online
application. Once an online application has been completed the student and
parent/guardian will participate in an in-take interview with the principal, or his designee.
New students may also participate in a group orientation held by the administrative staff
and representatives of the leadership group. Students are advised of the school's
expectations for attendance, behavior, and productivity. Support services are also
discussed. Students and parent/guardians are encouraged to ask questions and
become full participants in the educational opportunities at Peninsula High School.
Bell Schedule
Students attend school for five periods a day. Attendance is mandatory. If a student is
not in school, work is not completed and full credit cannot be earned.
